Dimensional Letters Lobby Sign Kits
Using our CNC router machine, all dimensional lobby signs are cut out from 1/2” PVC material. We include a stencil and mounting tape already attached to the back for easy installation. Note that complex designs or thin elements may not be possible to cut.

Choosing the Finish Material

Our silver and gold sheets are all crafted from aluminum. Customer typically choose brushed for a professional textured look.
UV printing involves coating only the face of the PVC with a layer of ink, leaving the black or white returns/sides visible. Vector files must be set to the desired color values.
Color match/painting services [+$100/color] involves spraying the letters evenly with paint. This method allows for a more exact color match and the option of covering the returns with color or leaving it visible. Pantone colors from a pantone books must be provided.
Backing: Black or white?
The face material gets glued to either black or white 1/2” thick PVC material. Based on what it chosen, this will be the color that appears for the returns/sides of the letters. Black is our most popular choice!
Plaque Lobby Signs
We offer plaques in clear acrylic, frosted acrylic [+$100], and aluminum. Provided artwork, which can vary in complexity, is UV printed on the chosen plaque material.

Plaques: Clear, Frosted, or Aluminum
Preference, wall color, and the color of the artwork are all important factors to consider when choosing the appropriate plaque. For example, white text may not display well on frosted acrylic plaques and artwork colors should stand out against the wall when choosing clear acrylic plaques.
Standoffs
We provide standoffs which are used in mounting the plaque to the wall. Standoffs measure 1” in diameter. We cut holes 1.5” inches in from the four corners of the plaque where the standoffs are to be inserted.

Material, Height, thickness
We calculate cost based on all the follow factors:
Material: All custom halo backlit letters are created from stainless steel. Options include silver (brushed or polished), gold (brushed or polished), or the color of your choice.
Height: Height of the signs range from a choice of 4"-36".
Thickness: We offer thicknesses of 1"/ 1.5"/ 2"/ 2.5"/ 3".
Illuminate the sign with LED Lights
Led strips get attached to the back in order to produce the “halo” effect. Strips come in white/red/blue/green/yellow/RGB.
